当社をご利用になられるお客様には旅慣れた方やリピーターが多く、ご滞在中も添乗員等に頼らず比較的独立して行動される傾向にございます。初心者のお客様に必要とされるようなホテルや空港でのチェックイン手続きやその他諸々の補助を必要とせず、各々でハワイを自由に探検するのを好まれる方がほとんどです。ハワイ州全体としては、日本からの観光客の６０％がリピーターでありますが、当社のお客様は９０％以上がリピーターであります。

そのため、当社では初心者だけではなくリピーターの方も楽しんでいただけるよう、常に新しい商品、サービス見つけ、提供しております。最近では、ハワイ旅行で他のお客様よりスペシャルなサービスを受けれるよう、コンシェルジェプランを作りました。オフィスには、「さわやかラウンジ」というVIPルームを設け、コンシェルジェプランのお客様がお使いいただけるよう、お待ちしております。

さわやかハワイでは、これから人気が出ると思われる商品をいち早く取り入れ、リーズナブルな価格で提供しております。当社で販売している多くの商品は、生産工場から直接入荷しておりますので、非常にお得な値段でご提供しております。例えば、ハワイアンジュエリーは、中間業者を通さずハワイ最大の生産工場から直接入荷しております。そのため、高品質のジュエリーを安く販売でき、オーダーメイドのジュエリーも２４時間以内に取り寄せることが出来ます。ハワイ産プレミアム・チョコレートに関しては、常にフレッシュなチョコレートをお客様にお届けできるように、少量ずつしか仕入れません。

さわやかハワイでは、色々なタイプのオプショナルツアーを取り揃えております。
お客様が安心してツアーを楽しめるよう、当社のオプショナルツアーは全て保険で保証されておりますので安心してご参加いただけます。

Aloha and welcome to Hawaii!

Sawayaka Hawaii is a young and energetic company with a dedicated group of employees who are eager to make your visit to Hawaii an enjoyable and memorable one.

We pride ourselves with our warm hospitality at Sawayaka Plaza, where customers are able to receive assistance, purchase Hawaii made products and optional tours, or visit and relax, chat with us, and enjoy our complimentary coffee or tea. We also provide a 24-hour emergency service line that is staffed by our own employees to handle emergency situations when our office is closed.

Many of our customers are experienced, independent travelers who love Hawaii and visit several times a year. They enjoy exploring Hawaii on their own and no longer require the kind of services that a first time visitor does, such as assistance with hotel check-in and hotel tour desks. Although the State of Hawaii welcomes about 60% repeat visitors from Japan each year, over 90% of our customers are frequent visitors to Hawaii.

Since many of our customers are frequent visitors to Hawaii, we are constantly looking for new and unique products and experiences to share with them. We recently created the Concierge Plan for the discriminating visitors who wish to be treated special. The Sawayaka Plaza recently expanded and renovated our office and created a VIP room called the “Sawayaka Lounge” for customers on the Concierge Plan.

We also sell products that we feel will be popular at attractive prices. Many of the products that we sell are purchased directly from the manufacturer or the exclusive distributor so we are able to offer our customers the very best prices as there is no middleman. For example, we purchase Hawaiian jewelry directly from the largest manufacture which we are able to prepare and have it ready for pick up within 24 hours. We also order premium chocolates in small amounts at a time directly from a factory in Honolulu to ensure that every batch is fresh.

We sell many different types of optional tours at Sawayaka Plaza and work with only reputable companies who are covered by insurance to ensure the safety and security of our customers. There are many optional tours operated by companies without proper insurance so please be careful about purchasing tours from discount operators on the website or chirashi people who sell tours at the airport and on the streets of Waikiki. We strongly recommend that you book tours through a trustworthy travel company so that you will not have to worry about whether you will be picked up on time or asked for more money after you are picked up.
